Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Monitor and report changes in client condition

• Follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification in New York State

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor

• Ability to work in or travel to Mount Kisco

Medical Documentation Required Prior to Start:

• Current Physical Exam

• Tuberculosis (TB) test (PPD, QuantiFERON, or Chest X-ray)

• Proof of Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) immunity (Titers or vaccination records)
