As a Home Health Aide, you play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of care. Your primary responsibility is to provide vital assistance with daily living activities and personal care services, based on the patient’s established care plan. This essential support not only fosters independence but also promotes dignity and well-being. Your tasks may include:
1. Companionship: Providing emotional support and engaging patients in conversations.
2. Patient Safety Monitoring: Accident prevention and ensuring well-being.
3. Medication Reminders
4. Mobility Support
5. Meal Preparation
6. Personal Care Assistance
7. Housekeeping

Qualification and Skills:
Home Health Aide Certification
Strong communication skills
Compassionate and Patient
Reliability/Dependability
