Interim Health-Care is looking for an extremely motivated Home Health Aide to provide Private Duty Care for 1 Client in Crestview, up to 30  hrs weekly

• Excellent Communication


• Assist client with ADLs and maintaining a clean and safe environment


• Assist client with other activities: shopping, homemaking, prepare and serve meals, and client socialization


• Recognize, document and report changes in client environment to supervisor


• Attention to detail

Job Requirements

• 6 months experience in healthcare


• Florida CNA License or HHA Certification


• Current CPR


• Valid Driver's License


• Proof of Current Car Insurance


• Reliable transportation
