Preferred Home Care of Florida is a trusted provider of high-quality home health services, committed to compassionate and professional care. We are currently seeking experienced and caring Home Health Aides (HHAs) in WEST PALM BEACH and surrounding areas.

Position Summary:
As an HHA with Preferred Home Care of Florida, you will assist patients with personal care, hygiene and activities of daily living as prescribed in their care plans.

Responsibilities:

Assist with meal prep etc

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and basic skin care

Observe and promptly report changes in the patient’s condition

Maintain accurate visit documentation per agency and Medicare standards

Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and respect during care

Qualifications:

Current Florida HHA certificate or CNA license

Current CPR certification

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Negative TB test and Level 2 background screening

Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or personal care (preferred)

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and professionally

12 hour ceu education required
