About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, detail-oriented Homemaker / Home Health Aide to assist an independent adult client in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized home environment. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable with both light caregiving and household management. Applicant must be 

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Support

  Stand-by assistance during shower (as needed)

  Assist with dressing

  
  

Light Cleaning

  Make bed

  Vacuum

  
  


• 
  

  Wipe down surfaces and doors

  
  

Kitchen Support 

• 
  

  Clean refrigerator and organize items

  
  


• 
  

  Unload/load dishwasher

  
  


• 
  

  Clean coffee maker and wipe kitchen surfaces

  
  


• 
  

  Take out trash if needed

  
  

Meal Preparation 

• 
  

  Prepare simple meals/snacks for current and next day

  Clean up prep area and floors

  
  

Laundry & Household Tasks

  Fold and put away clean clothes

  
  

Documentation

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  Experience in caregiving, homemaking, or home health aide work

  Strong organizational and time-management skills

  Kind, respectful demeanor and clear communication

  Ability to follow a care schedule reliably

  Comfort with light physical tasks (laundry, vacuuming, etc.)

  Willingness to assist with personal care (shower support, dressing)

  Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check

  
  

Bonus Qualifications (Not Required):
