Job description:

First Choice Home Health & Hospice is seeking to hire an on-call RN for Davis and Weber County  to help manage after hours. Current rotation is one week on, two weeks off but we are flexible with options. This is a great job for working parents or those wanting supplemental income. 

Pay:

$75 to $125 per visit plus base hourly rate for being on-call.

Job Requirements:

Active RN license in good standing

Valid Driver's license
Reliable transportation
