Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) PRN

Are you a licensed PTA with a passion for helping others regain their strength and independence? We’re looking for a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated Home Health team at Advanced Home Health of Nashville!

What You'll Do: 

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes throughout Davidson County, TN.
• Follow individualized plans of care developed by a Physical Therapist.
• Promote mobility, independence, and wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. 

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Valid Tennessee PTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Minimum 2 years experience in a healthcare facility or similar setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Working Conditions:

• The majority of work is performed in providing patient care services in the patient’s home.
• Exposure to communicable diseases is common.
