Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay Rate: $60/hour
Location: Assignments available throughout Northern Virginia, matched to your availability and preferred coverage areas
đź©ş What You'll Do
As a Home Health RN, you'll deliver skilled nursing care in the home setting and support clients in maintaining independence, safety, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care under a physician-approved plan of care
- Perform assessments and monitor client status
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments
- Document care accurately and timely using electronic systems
- Educate clients and families on care plans and wellness practices
- Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and the care team
âś… Qualifications
- Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred but not required)
CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
