i. must be a responsible person who is at least 18 years of age
ii. does not require are any formal certification
iii. should be able to communicate, read and write.
iv. should be able to provide needed personal care for individuals with impairments/disabilities
v. is expected to pay attention to service details and issues and coordinate with officials related to consumers’ welfare – including the Hope Restored’s office, on critical health issues.
vi. will receive a minimum of eight hours of initial orientation training sessions from Hope Restored Human Services – strictly in accordance with the contracted consumers’ required home care services
vii. will agree for HRHS to conduct a Criminal Offender Records Information (CORI) check to determine whether any offender records may disqualify him or her from performing as Home Maker.
viii. is required to provide a satisfactory medical report evidencing he or she does not suffer from alcohol or substance use disorder, including a negative tuberculosis screening test – within the prior twelve months.
ix. will report to Operations supervisor.
