Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, compassionate Homemakers/Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will provide in-home cleaning and homemaking services for adults with disabilities. Your work will directly support clients in maintaining a safe, organized, and healthy living environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Assist with household organization and laundry
- Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
- Follow individualized service plans to meet client needs
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and staff
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and client needs
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be willing to complete required training prior to providing services
- Willingness to travel between client homes as needed
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Compassion, patience, and respect for individuals with disabilities
