Halcyon Home is hiring a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse to support our growing geriatric hospice population in Spring, TX and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay, and wonderful team support. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and admissions.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care during regular visits.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Offer support and education to patients and their families.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for one week, with an extra stipend for your dedication.

Requirements

• Current RN license and good standing with the state nursing board
• Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR would be a plus
• Experience in hospice or related healthcare setting preferred
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
