Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with their needs.
• Register guests, manage rooming software, and handle payments.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas to hotel standards.
• Stock housekeeping supply rooms and report any damages or repairs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide pre-arrival support.
