We're on the hunt for enthusiasts and smile artists, who can turn a simple greeting into a dazzling spectacle and make every guest feel like a VIP superstar! Let's turn every guest visit into a front-row experience and keep the energy flowing like confetti.

starting at $11.70/hr plus tips (earning potential of $35+/hr)

What you'll do

· Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.

· Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept.

· Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries.

· Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming areas and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.

· Assist the F&B staff as needed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.

· Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner.

· Maintain the Host area fully stocked and clean.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred

· Previous guest service experience

· Must be available to work weekends and holidays

· Excellent teamwork abilities

· Excellent communication and organization skills

· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

· Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
