Host/Hostess

Welcome guests with a smile and exceptional customer service as a Host/Hostess at Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill. This position plays a key role in providing a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Manage seating reservations and wait list efficiently


• Greet and seat guests in a timely manner


• Answer phone inquiries and take reservations


• Provide menus and answer basic questions about the menu

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
