TITLE: Host or Hostess               RESPONSIBLE TO: Front of House Service Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE: Performs a variety of service geared tasks to ensure customers enjoy their dining experience. Included is the greeting of customers, scheduling of reservations, scheduling of waitstaff employees, and arrangement of special events for customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/DUTIES:

1. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.


2. Good oral communication skills and demonstrated judgment.


3. *Must be 18 years of age.


4. *Must be able to use the English language to satisfy the communications and record keeping requirements involved in the performance of this job position with or without reasonable accommodation.


5. Must maintain neat, well-groomed appearance adhering to dress code of the facility.


6. *Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions without harm to self or others with or without reasonable accommodation.


7. *Must comply with facility’s drug testing and substance abuse program and policies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Greets and seats customers upon entering dining room.


• Provides menus according to facility policy to customers.


• Schedules dining reservations.


• Arranges special services and events for customers


• Inspects dining room and workstations for cleanliness and neatness.


• Follows Standard of Operations for food handling and storage.

SCHEDULE:

• Part time Available


• Monday-Saturday, 3:30pm-7:30pm 


• Sunday, 11:30am-2:30pm 


• Weekend Availability a MUST
