Club is open 6 days per week, 12 months per year.

PURPOSE: As a Host/Hostess/Food Runner, you will create a welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role involves managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, processing payments, and efficiently delivering food to tables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with reservations for club functions.
• Greet guests promptly and seat them, managing waitlists as needed.
• Process payments accurately and promote teamwork with other departments.
• Handle take-out orders and answer phone inquiries.
• Clear and reset tables, assist with opening tasks, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any order discrepancies.
• Address guest complaints and special requests efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and club operations, and secure the clubhouse at the end of shifts.
• Attend all Service Training Meetings and support team members as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as our community thrives during these times.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various physical tasks.
• Must have good vision and clear communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fine dining setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance are essential.
