Located just one mile from O'Hare International Airport and minutes from the CTA Blue Line and I-90, our hotel is home to SLYCE Coal Fired Pizza Company, where great food and great hospitality come together.

As a Host, you're the first and last person our guests interact with, setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience.

Your day may include:

• Greeting every guest with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
• Managing the wait list and seating guests efficiently.
• Answering phone calls and taking carryout orders.
• Preparing to-go and delivery orders.
• Providing menus and introducing guests to their server.
• Coordinating table assignments to ensure smooth service.
• Assisting guests with special requests.
• Supporting servers by clearing and resetting tables during busy times.
• Learning our menu, daily specials, restaurant policies, and services so you can confidently answer guest questions.
• Working closely with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and remain active for up to 8 hours
