How do I make an impact on my team?
Our talented and dedicated Hotel Bistro Cook Part Timewill provide our guests with appetizing and delicious food.
- Set up equipment and prepare food based on the business forecast and catering contracts
- Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold and hot food entrees and other prepared foods according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes
- Poses complete knowledge of menu and recipes, including preparation procedures, plating, garnishment, portions size and presentation and special handling instructions
- Ensure attractive presentation of all food and beverage products
- Assist in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related product
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and banquet staff with catering events
