$18.00 - $19.00/hour - Eligible for tips on F&B charges   

 Full Time positions for the PM shifts on Weekdays and Weekends are available.

Guest Service Agent:

The Lodge at Healdsburg a Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking talented and friendly individuals for our Guest Service Agent positions. In addition to welcoming guests and familiarizing them with the property, the Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional and anticipatory service. Previous hotel experience is preferred, though not required. Our Front Desk and Cafe & Wine bar are a shared space that allow our Front Desk staff to greet our guests at check-in with wine, beer, and coffee. This also presents the opportunity for our Front Desk staff to earn tips from Food & Beverage sales. 

Job Description:  

As a Guest Services Agent duties include but are not limited to:

-Welcome and greet guests professionally by completing the registration process via the Hilton Property Management System (OnQ)

-Confirmation of guest information and room rate, selection of rooms, coding electronic keys, and enrolling guests in Hilton Honors

-Provide guests with hotel information, property orientation, and the details of the hotel amenities

-Credit card payment collection and reconciliation. Processing financial transactions within Hotel PMS & F&B POS System

-Serve food & beverages to guests in a timely & professional manner

-Set up, maintain, clean, and breakdown F&B offerings for Breakfast & Small Bites 

-Demonstrate knowledge of the local area, restaurants, wineries, and local attractions/points of interest  

-Respond to guest inquiries and requests, and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

-Field guest complaints, resolve and provide resolutions for guest satisfaction.

-Receive, input, retrieve and relay messages to guests.

  

Typical shifts for Guest Service Agent:

  • 12:00PM-8:30PM
  • 2:30PM-11:00PM
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

 Qualifications for the position: 

-Customer service experience. 

-Preferred Hotel or Food & Beverage Experience
