Hotel Reservationist

As a key part of our hospitality team, you’ll be responsible for creating memorable stays for our guests by handling reservations with precision and professionalism, as well as managing our phone system. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate switchboard systems with courtesy and efficiency, handling all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls with attention to detail.
• Manage hotel reservations, ensuring accurate and prompt input into our booking system.
• Provide helpful information about Casino and Hotel services, including dining, entertainment, guest services, and local travel directions.
• Assist callers by answering inquiries, recording messages, and resolving guest requests in a timely manner.
• Complete clerical duties such as sorting mail, preparing envelopes, stamping coupons, and shredding papers as needed.
• Support Front Desk operations by coordinating with Guest Service Managers and addressing any guest-related issues.
• Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and helpful.
• Additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our hospitality services.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Six months related experience and / or training
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to pass a background check
