Housekeeper- Libertyville, IL

A busy family in the Libertyville area is seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented part-time Housekeeper to support daily household operations and children’s activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a household, stays organized, and can independently handle a wide range of tasks including cleaning, driving, meal preparation, laundry, and home organization. The position functions as a true household assistant, someone who helps keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• General household deep cleaning and upkeep 

• Laundry for the household

• Pet care for two friendly dogs (small and medium breed)

• Light meal preparation

• Driving children (ages 12 and 15) to and from activities, appointments, and school-related events

• Running household errands as needed

• Home organization projects (closets, pantries, general household systems)

• Supporting daily household routines and anticipating family needs

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized home environment
   

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

• Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Discretion and respect for family privacy
   

Schedule: Part-time, 9:00am - 2:30pm

Salary: $30-$40 per hour
