Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate individual to provide part-time housekeeping and babysitting support for a teen with special needs. The position is based in a private home and involves light housekeeping duties along with supervision and care for a nonverbal teenager. 


Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean environment.

  • Provide companionship and supervision.

  • Assist with laundry and organization.

  • Ensure a safe and calm environment.

  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding the teen's needs and activities.

Requirements:

  • Must be patient, nurturing, and reliable.

  • Must be comfortable working with nonverbal individuals.

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or childcare preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions

  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
