Housekeeping Lobby Attendant

The Housekeeping Lobby Attendant at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean and maintain the lobby area of the hotel


• Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces when needed


• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times


• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred


• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently


• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor


• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
