Housekeeping [Part-time]

Our team is looking for dedicated Part-Time Housekeepers [day - evening - weekend availability] to join us in our mission to maintain the beauty and functionality of our event center. As a key member of the Operations Department, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your general housekeeping, cleaning, equipment handling, and leadership skills. From ensuring the spotless cleanliness of public areas to operating mechanical equipment with finesse, your role will be essential in upholding our standards of excellence. You'll embark on a fulfilling journey of contributing to the overall success of The Classic Center. TYPICAL WORK ROUTINE INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Extensive walking throughout the facility and facility grounds.


• Completion of tasks and daily assignments as assigned cooperatively.


• Perform general manual labor associated with set-up, custodial, maintenance, or housekeeping functions.


• Maintain the public image of the Operations Department at all times when in the service of The Classic Center.


• Maintain an irregular work schedule as required by the Operations Manager for events within The Classic Center.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to demonstrate basic cleaning techniques.

2. Ability to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and perform reasonably heavy labor.

3. Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions accurately.

4. Related training and experience which offers a further understanding of custodial, and housekeeping techniques are desirable.

5. Ability and desire to work in a team environment and under the direction of a shift lead or manager on duty.

The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
