Are you someone who takes pride in a job well done and knows how to lead a team to success? We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Housekeeping Team Lead to help keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.

This is more than just a cleaning role — it’s a leadership opportunity where you make a real impact every shift.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support a team of housekeeping staff during your shift


• Ensure all areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards


• Inspect work and hold your team accountable for quality


• Train new hires and help develop strong team members


• Assign daily tasks and help manage shift flow


• Communicate with management on staffing, needs, and updates


• Jump in and assist with cleaning when needed (we lead by example 👏)

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience (medical preferred, but not required)


• Leadership or supervisory experience is a PLUS


• Strong work ethic and attention to detail


• Someone dependable who shows up and gets the job done


• A team player who can also take charge when needed

• Must pass background check & drug screening


• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs


• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
