Position Overview
The HR Compliance Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, with a focus on onboarding, New Employee Orientation (NEO), training support, and staff readiness. This role supports organizational compliance efforts and contributes to maintaining accurate records, effective communication, and consistent HR processes across the organization.
Working in collaboration with HR leadership and training staff, the HR Coordinator supports efforts related to new hire onboarding and orientation, staff preparation, documentation, and general compliance tracking. This position plays an important role in helping ensure new and existing employees feel supported, informed, and prepared to meet organizational expectations.
