HRIS Analyst

Our client, in the life sciences industry is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join their team.

Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range:$32/hr

What’s the Job?

• Provide technical and functional administrative expertise for HR systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, reporting, and training.
  
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on HR system usage, functionality, data requirements, and process improvement design.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues.
  
• Support HR system design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting, and integration.
  
• Develop ad hoc reports to support data requests from internal clients.
  
• Define report logic and develop standard reporting to meet business requirements.
  
• Ensure accurate data display in systems, recognize data problems or inconsistencies, and understand HR system data feeds and their integration with other business systems.
  

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  
• Two years of experience in a professional human resources capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
  
• Experience with HR Systems, including HR Cloud systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise, Workday, or similar Core HR/Payroll systems, Cornerstone on Demand or other Talent Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and report writing tools.
  
• Proven experience in defining system solutions, automating work processes, and implementing cloud-based systems.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
  
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with various levels of management and staff, and work independently towards project deliverables.
