Ready to launch your HVAC career? One Hour Heating & Air in Pasadena is hiring driven, outgoing individuals to join our street team as Canvassers. This is a foot-in-the-door role with a clear path to full-time Comfort Advisor (Sales) for top performers.

What You’ll Do:

Walk local neighborhoods (solo or with a buddy) to generate warm leads

Talk to homeowners about common HVAC issues and seasonal needs

Book system inspections or tune-ups with our service team

Represent our brand with confidence and professionalism

Paid community, and networking event attendance

Become an integral part of the sales team

What We’re Looking For:

Trade school grads, HVAC students, or anyone hungry to grow

Comfortable talking to people and confident outdoors

Clean appearance, punctual, and dependable

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big plus

Must have reliable transportation
