experiences by engaging with guests, generating excitement, and bringing positive vibes to

every event — no matter the score.

What You'll be Doing:

The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not

limited to the items on this list.

•  Interacts and enthusiastically engages the crowd by leading chants, distributing giveaways, t-shirt tosses, etc.
•  Responsible for set-up and breakdown of any events including putting up signage, decorations, etc.
•  Create a high energy environment in the arena on any given night and play a crucial role in hyping up our crowd regardless of on-court performance.
•  Assisting with on-court contests and live shots. *At the discretion of their supervisor and captains.
•  Serve as a visible, approachable, and enthusiastic ambassador for the team, ensuring upper-level fans feel included, heard, and hyped
•  Work with the Game Presentation Coordinator and other game presentation personnel with rehearsals for all upper bowl activations, sponsored timeouts, special ceremonies, and intros.
•  Other duties as assigned by the department.

What We're Looking For:

•  Comfortable performing, dancing, leading chants, interacting with large crowds, or being on camera
•  A background in sports, live entertainment, production, staging, event planning and/or game presentation is preferred.
•  Experience in event coordination or crowd engagement is a plus.
•  Strong improvisational skills and the ability to read the energy of the crowd and adjust accordingly
•  Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
•  Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•  Team-oriented, coachable, and ready to bring 100% energy from start to finish
•  Available for majority of Detroit Pistons home games
