Seasonal Position: Late Spring through Early Fall (exact dates TBD)
Compensation: $16.35/hour
Hours: Part-time (flexible scheduling; afternoon and early evening availability preferred)

The Weston Field Club is a private, family-friendly club in Weston, Connecticut, offering a variety of amenities and activities, including everyone's favorite summer stop—the ice cream shop! We’re looking for cheerful, reliable team members to help create a fun and welcoming experience for our members and their families.
Position Summary:
We’re hiring Ice Cream Shop Attendants for the summer season. No experience is necessary—just bring a friendly attitude, a smile, and a willingness to learn! This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for a relaxed, enjoyable summer job in a beautiful setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Take ice cream and snack orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve cones, cups, and other treats with care and attention
- Handle basic membership transactions
- Restock supplies, keep the shop clean, and assist with closing duties
- Maintain a clean and inviting work area
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary—we’ll train you!
- Friendly, approachable, and great with people of all ages
- Responsible and reliable with a good work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekday afternoons and early evenings
