Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Clinical Director to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will support our IICBA services, providing clinical oversight and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, a strong understanding of community-based services, and a commitment to improving the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

        •       Oversee the IICBA services, ensuring compliance with CSOC regulations and standards.

        •       Provide clinical supervision and support to staff, including training and ongoing professional development.

        •       Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

        •       Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team.

        •       Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.

        •       Engage with families to provide support and guidance throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications:

        •       Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

        •       Valid clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) in the state of New Jersey.

        •       Experience in IICBA services and familiarity with CSOC guidelines.

        •       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

        •       Excellent organizational and communication skills.
