Hopes Promise Respite LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate IIC Therapeutic Clinicians to join our team! (Burlington, Morristown, Sussex, Gloucester, Cumberland, Glassboro, Williamstown, and Vineland)

About Hopes Promise Respite LLC:

We are a leading provider of Intensive In-Community (IIC) and Behavioral Assistance (BA) services, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults aged 5-21 with emotional and behavioral health challenges.

Job Summary:

IIC Therapeutic Clinicians: Provide in-home individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients in developing coping strategies and improving emotional well-being.

Behavioral Assistants: Work closely with IIC clinicians to implement therapeutic behavior management strategies, fostering positive behaviors and emotional regulation in clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual and family therapy sessions (IIC clinicians).

Implement behavioral interventions and support plans (BAs).

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications:

IIC Clinicians:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
- Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral health challenges.
