About Us: Ammo is a rapidly growing agency specializing in website management and design for high-growth tech companies and startups, particularly those relying on Webflow for critical operations. We’re looking for a talented Illustrator & Lottie Animation Developer to help us create engaging, high-quality visual content and animations that will elevate our clients' web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom illustrations that align with client branding and goals.
Create high-quality, interactive Lottie animations to enhance website user experiences.
Collaborate with our design and development teams to seamlessly integrate animations into websites, ensuring performance and functionality.
Maintain consistency in style and brand voice across various projects, ensuring a cohesive visual identity for clients.
Work efficiently with retainer-based clients, delivering high-quality designs and animations within project timelines.
Stay responsive and collaborative in our communication channels (Slack), addressing feedback promptly and keeping the team updated on progress.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in illustration and animation development, with a strong portfolio showcasing Lottie animations and website integration.
Expertise in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Lottie, and Bodymovin for creating scalable, lightweight animations.
Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of creating animations optimized for performance in web environments.
Ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM CST and stay highly responsive in communication tools like Slack.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers.
A strong sense of organization and time management, ensuring projects are delivered on time with a high level of craftsmanship.
