Imaging Tech Assistant- PRN (as needed)

Description

UVA Imaging in Charlottesville, VA is currently looking for additional staff to help support our Imaging Technologists.

Position: Tech Assistant 

Position Status: PRN (as needed for staffing gaps, PTO, call outs, etc.)

This role is crucial for a smooth patient experience during their X-Ray appointment. Duties include greeting patients, escorting them to the correct imaging area, and answering any questions they may have. Communication is key for this position.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
