Job Summary
We are looking for a Caregiver/Home Care Aide to join our team! In this role, we improve the lives of older people and people with disabilities by improving their quality of life. We have an immediate opportunity for a caregiver to care in Poway. Current hours are Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM) The ideal caregiver is patient, caring, initiative-driven, prompt upon arrival, and trustworthy.

- High school or equivalent
License/Certification:
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- HCA number and CPR (Required)

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Light housekeeping activities
- Provide companionship
- Hospice
Qualifications
- Previous 1-year experience as a Caregiver, Home Care Aide, or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks, personal hygiene needs, and dressing
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heaving objects
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
- Promptness, commitment, reliability, & willingness to learn
- Engage patients in exercises or other activities
- Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's/Hospice
