Salary: $22hr

Schedule/ Shifts: 8a-4p or 3p-11p
Days: All

Position Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state where employed.


• Two forms of identification (Driver's License and Social Security card)


• Full COVID Vaccination 


• Most recent Negative PPD (within last 12 months) OR Chest X-ray (within last 5 years)


• 1+ years of CNA experience


• At least 6+ months of previous experience in a Long-Term Care and/or Assisted Living setting


• Must have clean background check


• Must be able to pass 10 panel Drug Screen


• Reliable transportation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene


• Monitor and record vital signs, blood glucose, and other patient information as directed


• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician or nurse


• Assist patients in therapy and rehabilitation programs


• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients


• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families


• Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the registered nurse or licensed practical nurse


• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner

Working Conditions:

The CNA will be required to work in a healthcare facility, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. The job may require the CNA to lift and move patients or heavy equipment. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
