Requirements:

• Valid Virginia CNA or PCA certification.  Also looking for companion aides.
  
  
  
  


• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
  
  
  
  


• Clear and kind communication skills
  
  
  
  


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  
  
  
  


• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Your Role:

• Provide one-on-one, compassionate care in clients’ homes. Responsibilities include:


• Assisting with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting
  
  
  
  


• Providing medication reminders
  
  
  
  


• Preparing meals and light housekeeping
  
  
  
  


• Offering companionship and emotional support
  
  
  
  


• Reporting changes in condition to the care team
