🕘 Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Rotating Weekends
💲 Pay: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver seeking a stable, full-time overnight position? 5 Star Cares is hiring CNA, DSP, HHA, and PCA professionals to provide hands-on care for individuals with both medical and behavioral support needs in a group home setting.

💼 Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or long-term care


• Skilled in supporting medium to high-acuity individuals


• BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)


• Strong written and verbal communication/documentation skills


• Proficient in assisting with ADLs: feeding, bathing, mobility, hygiene


• Reliable, collaborative, and patient-centered


• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental illness is a plus


• Comfortable with assistive equipment (wheelchairs, shower chairs, commodes, etc.)


• Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
