In Home Caregiver

Are you a caring, responsible individual who wants to make a real difference in someone's life?  Visiting Angels is looking for special individuals to provide personalized, in-home support to seniors in the community.  Help seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes by assisting with daily care.  

Due to increased demand for our services, we have immediate opening for caregivers in the Wheeling (and surrounding) area. We have all shifts available, days, evenings, overnights, and weekends!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming. 


• Meal preparation and light housekeeping. 


• Medication reminders and companionship.


• Transportation and errands.


• Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance.


• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. 

Don't have experience? Apply with us regardless! We prefer experience, but it is not required. We offer several training settings to ensure you are confident in your skills before working one-to-one with our clients.
