Coach Babysitters is currently seeking compassionate and more reliable individuals to join our team as In-Home private Babysitters. You may share this fun and easy job opportunity with anyone who works hard standing on their feet for long hours in department stores or fast food places, educated freelancers with variable time off, retired people who like to work once in a while, or those students who are looking for a flexible hours job so they can study and achieve their other goals in life or improve their financial by taking some other classes or going to school,...this job can help all of you to set your mind free and enjoy the flexibility of hours. Our mission is more to help students and more those educated immigrants who are very qualified but need to have flexible schedule to continue their education or other work so than can continue growing without being worried about work schedule or not having too much stressors at work while we set our standard high when it comes to taking care of children.
Note: Please note we will not be placing you with one family only but each week will be different family which is part of what makes this job fun and not boring or too much of responsibility .
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of the child and try to create a stimulating and engaging environment for children in their homes (we provide video/online training if needed). Sometimes parents are even at home but like to work behind closed doors and just need extra help to watch their child or children.
Implement established routines and schedules as provided by parents or guardians.
Foster a positive and nurturing and neat atmosphere.
Arrive on time and show up to the schedule that you have already committed to.
Qualifications:
Being over 18 years old.
Hold US social security ( No Cash Pay)
Prior experience in babysitting, childcare, or related roles is preferred but not required.We train you .
Passion for working with children or being around them. You can choose the age range of children you like to babysit even from infant to 3 years old and older.
Have a clean background
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Completion of CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it by taking 30-minute online class).
Successful completion of a thorough background check that we do it all online.
Pass the interview
We are hiring anyone who lives in these cities or could commute to these cities: All South Bay( San Jose, Moutain View, Santa Clara, Los Gatos,..). All San Mateo county cities such as San Mateo, Menlo park, Daly city,.. including San Francisco and East Bay cities: Fremont, Union City, Hayward,... Pleasanton .
