In Person Client Review Expert

Description of the Role

As an In Person Client Review Expert at Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee, you will be responsible for conducting in-person reviews with clients to ensure their needs are being met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person client reviews to assess satisfaction and address any concerns


• Provide recommendations for improving client experience


• Maintain accurate records of client interactions


• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional client care

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or healthcare


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Ability to travel to clients' locations in and around Knoxville, TN
