The Nine Golf indoor golf club restaurant is seeking a chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes such as wings, nachos, and burgers. We are looking for a passionate and creative chef dedicated to providing the best taste and service to our customers. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Duties

Develop and prepare the restaurant menu

Create new menu items and recipes

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

Prepare ingredients and manage freshness

Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations

Manage inventory and control food costs

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

Understanding of food safety standards

Leadership skills to manage kitchen staff effectively

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Strong teamwork and communication skills
