Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to apply their academic training in a dynamic, real-world environment. The successful candidate will contribute to improving operational efficiency, optimizing supply chain processes, and enhancing overall workflow performance across our manufacturing and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
Support supply chain and logistics operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordination
Enhance inventory management, warehousing, and distribution strategies
Act as a liaison between customers and factory operations to ensure clear and efficient communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (IE)
Strong academic performance:
- GPA of 3.7 or higher from institutions ranked outside the top 50
- GPA of 3.3 or higher from top-tier institutions
Minimum of one internship or prior experience in a professional or corporate environment
Proficiency in Mandarin
Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or social activities

Preferred Attributes:
