We are searching for a nurturing and reliable nanny to support a sweet 10-month-old baby boy in the Boerne area! The ideal candidate will be experienced with infants, patient, and creative, bringing playful and age-appropriate engagement each day. Mom and Dad both work from home and are excited to welcome a caregiver who can help with light household support while prioritizing their little one’s care.

The family describes themselves as active, loves spending time together, and shares their home with three friendly dogs. They’re hoping to find a nanny who can not only provide consistent care but also help brainstorm fun activities, age-appropriate learning opportunities, and even food ideas as their son grows.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday 1:00PM - 7:00PM and Friday, 1:00PM - 9:00PM
Start Date: ASAP
Commitment: At least 6 months

Compensation: $16.50–$17.00/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for a 10-month-old infant

• Engage baby in age-appropriate play and developmental activities

• Assist with light food preparation and feeding

• Clean bottles, baby dishes, and highchair during nap times

• Maintain safe, consistent routines

• Support parents as needed while they work from home

• Be comfortable working in a home with pets (3 dogs)

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire

• At least one year of childcare experience, including hands-on infant care (paid experience preferred)

• CPR/First Aid (Preferred)

• Familiarity with infant development milestones and creative/playful engagement

• Ability to pass a background check (provided and required)

• Two childcare references (ready upon request)
