Part -Time Infusion RN – Neurology Clinic | Austin, TX

A well-established outpatient neurology clinic in North Austin is urgently hiring a PRN Infusion RN to assist with biologic infusions such as Ocrevus. This is an immediate opening to replace a nurse who is relocating overseas.

Responsibilities:

• Administer IV biologic infusions (e.g., Ocrevus) in a clinic-based infusion suite

• Monitor patient vitals and response to medication during and post-infusion

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date infusion records and documentation

• Educate patients on medication and post-infusion care

• Communicate with physicians regarding patient progress or complications

• Ensure the infusion suite is stocked, clean, and prepared for each session

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a calm outpatient setting

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas

• At least 1 year of recent IV infusion experience (biologics preferred)

• Experience with Ocrevus or neuro-related biologics is a strong plus

• Ability to work independently and manage infusion sessions with minimal supervision

• Strong documentation and communication skills

Schedule:

• PRN – Any weekday availability considered

• Shifts typically range 2–4 hours, with occasional shifts up to 6 hours

• Start Date: ASAP (preferably before this coming Monday)
