Pay & Benefits

• $14–$17/hr (up to $20/hr for specialty care)
• $150 referral bonus – no limit
• Next-day pay available
• Flexible scheduling: part-time, full-time, weekends, overnights, and live-in shifts

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other care needs
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Physically able to lift 25+ lbs., bend, kneel, and stay active during shifts
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Must pass a background check
• TB test required (can be completed after interview)
• Reliable mobile phone for scheduling and communication

• Allen Park and surrounding areas, including Detroit, Novi, Farmington Hills, Canton, Plymouth, Livonia, Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Rochester Hills, and Southfield
