In-Home Caregiver - Waunakee, WI

What does a day in this role look like?
Community Living Alliance is looking to hire an experienced, friendly, and reliable caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care to an awesome gentleman in the comfort of his own home! If you are looking to provide quality care while working in a positive and friendly environment, this is the position for you! This position is in Waunakee, WI.

About the Client:

Schedule:

• Mondays and Wednesdays 1-2hrs/day
  • Usually between 3pm-6pm
• Fridays - 2hrs/day
  • After 3pm

Tasks:

• Mondays and Wednesdays-
  • Personal cares (Includes but not limited to)
    • Shower 
    • Toileting
    • Bowel program
  • Transfers
  • Laundry
  • Random housekeeping
  • Mop/vacuum
• Fridays
  • All personal cares (As on Mondays and Wednesdays)
    • Plus shaving (5 blade razor)
    • Groceries/errands

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• 18+ years of age
• Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds

• Reliable
• Friendly
• Willingness to learn/take specific directions regarding bathroom shower ramp
• Good communication
• Willing to listen to client's concerns/needs
