Inside Sales

Description

  EB Metal is seeking a motivated, dynamic professional to work in our Inside Sales Department.

Responsibilities:

· Act as a liaison between the Company and Customers

· Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately

· Use software to provide quotes to customers.

· Routinely work with Outside Sales Representatives to respond to Customers

· Routinely communicate with Shipping and Production Departments order status changes

· Identify and discuss opportunities to fill orders to meet minimum order quantities

· Resolve Customer complaints as needed

· Provide support and back-up other inside sales representatives.

Schedule:

· Part time 6 hours per day

· Day shift

· Monday to Friday

Ability to commute:

· Bow, NH

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Excellent telephone etiquette.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

· Data entry experience

· Extraordinary customer service skills

Experienced only need apply.

Experience:

· Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

  Education:

· High school or equivalent (Preferred)
