Position Type: Part-Time, As Needed (4–8 hours per day, flexible scheduling)

Overview:
We’re looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to assist our installation team with basic labor tasks. This is an entry-level role requiring little to no prior experience — just a positive attitude, the ability to follow directions, and a willingness to work. Ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time work with schedules known in advance.

Responsibilities:

Assist installers by carrying, moving, and staging materials and tools.

Help load and unload trucks at job sites.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, including debris removal.

Follow safety instructions and guidelines at all times.

Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

No prior experience required — training provided.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time, as needed. Workdays may range from 1 day to multiple days per week.

Shifts typically last 4–8 hours.

Opportunity for additional shifts if desired.

Starts at $20/hour - more for experienced individuals
