Thank you for your interest in becoming a team trainer! We are looking for team members who have a willingness to serve our organization through training oncoming team members.  Team Trainers must know the products and procedures for the store, as well as be able to evaluate skills of the new Team Members.  Team Trainers should be encouraging and show the core values of the store, as well as be a consistent example for other Team Members.  An ideal team trainer must have a heart for service and align with our Core Values at Chick-fil-A Rockwell (Service, Integrity, Optimism, Grit, Stewardship, and Humility) 

Completing this form does not guarantee that you will become a team trainer. Eligibility for this position is evaluated on a case by case basis. Team trainers must be in good standing in regards to both attendance and performance.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience Needed:

• Proven track record of leadership experience (business, athletics, clubs, ministries, etc.)
  


• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness


• Effectively coach and ability to give direction with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy


• Willingness and humility to serve others first and “get in the trenches” with fellow Team Members—must have the gene of “hospitality”


• Patience and Effective Communication with leadership and fellow Team Members

Requirements:

• Become fully trained in all FOH positions


• Be able to complete the training checklist and menu quiz


• Complete all required Pathway training plans

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Leadership team


• Be willing to train new Team Members on any shift assigned


• Communicate with the Leadership team and the Training Director about new Team Members


• Teach the Pathway way, every time


• Assist in training new Team Members to ensure they are educated on proper Chick-fil-A systems and hospitality


• Provide effective feedback to Team Members, both positive and correctional


• Work directly with Training Director and Training Specialist
